Please allow 6 to 10 weeks from date of purchase.
You order will be dispatched as soon as it is finished. 

All pieces are shipped from our studio in Lisbon.
Shipping is guaranteed only to street-level, please contact us for another option.
Portugal: TNT-Fedex from 1 to 3 days.
Europe: Fedex from 3 to 7 days.
International: fill in the previous form, we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote and lead times.

Because all of our products are made-to-order, understand that returns are not possible.
Be sure that everything will be done during our discussions to deliver the piece that you will be satisfied with.
In case a good is broken, inform us within 48 working hours of its receipt and refuse delivery to the carrier.
We will find a solution to solve the problem.

Easy. Tiles are low in maintenance.
Use simple water mild soap if necessary.
‍By default, all pieces are made for indoor use, do not hesitate to contact us for outdoor use.
Last but not least, not suitable for standing ;)
